Who we are

UNITE | Business Collective is managed and promoted by Mystique ONE X AZRAE Experiences ("UNITE", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Invitation form: your name, business or brand name, website or Instagram (optional), email, WhatsApp number, years in business, the idea behind your business, your challenges, how you think UNITE and its network can help, what you are seeking, how you would like to join, and a record of your consent.
• Optional name for greetings: if you share your name in the welcome box, it is stored in your own browser to personalise the site.
• Location and weather: only if you allow your browser to share your location. Your answer is remembered in your browser so we ask once. Approximate coordinates are used to show local weather and city, and are sent to weather and reverse-geocoding services (Open-Meteo and BigDataCloud) for that purpose.
• Browser storage: small items saved on your device (for example pages viewed and visit count) to make the site adapt to you. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

Why we use it

• To review your invitation request and get in touch with you.
• To understand your business so we can invite you to relevant rooms and experiences.
• To run, secure and improve the website and the UNITE Host assistant.

Analytics and cookies

If you accept, we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta and LinkedIn measurement tags to understand how visitors find the site (for example from Instagram or LinkedIn), which pages and buttons are used, and where the site can be improved. These tools may set cookies and receive your device, browser, approximate location and page-activity data. They load only after you click Accept and you can change your choice any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you submit the invitation form after accepting, the name of the channel that brought you (for example “instagram / social”) may be added to your WhatsApp message so we know where requests come from. The homepage Instagram section may load content from Instagram, which is subject to Instagram’s own privacy practices.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. It is used purely for the purposes above and in accordance with applicable data privacy law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where relevant, the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Who can see it

Your information is seen by the UNITE team. When you submit the form, your request is sent through WhatsApp, so WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices also apply to that message. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Your consent and your rights

We ask for your consent before you submit the invitation form. You may at any time ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it. To do so, message us on WhatsApp at +91 89287 58544.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Children

UNITE is for business owners, founders and operators. This site is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
